questioned if Councilwoman Lisa Pullaro can vote to fill the
vacancy created by Supervisor-elect Sue Crane's
resignation. We'd like to answer it for them: YES.
They suggest Councilwoman
Pullaro is not a councilwoman at all! This is an
amazing revelation. Ladies and gentlemen, Lisa Pullaro
was appointed in accordance with the law.
Supervisor-elect Crane's successor will be appointed in
accordance with the law.
When we allow this kind of "uninformed rumoring" to become a
legitimate part of our public decision-making, we abandon
every ounce of decency that has been the foundation of our
